Zagiev Azat Ilgizovich, born July 21, 1990, lived in Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan, has higher education, has a young child, is married, and did not officially work. Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony.
In custody since October 17, 2017.
