Khairedinov Seiran Nurievich, born October 3, 1986, resident of the village of Belokamennoye, Bakhchisaray district of Crimea, citizen of the Russian Federation, has citizenship of Ukraine. Married, 3 young children. Worked as a builder. On charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years in prison) and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power", liable to up to 10 years in prison), he was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony with the first 4 years to be served in prison and a year of restricted freedom. Deprived of liberty since July 7, 2020.
