Fyodorov Oleg (Ali) Vladimirovich
Fyodorov Oleg (Ali) Vladimirovich, born October 4, 1970. Resident of Bakhchisarai. Ali holds citizenships of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. He has a secondary vocational education. Worked as an individual entrepreneur. He is anctivist of the Crimean Tatar national movement, participant in events in support of Crimean Tatar political prisoners. Ali is married and has two children.
Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of and participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 30, Article 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power") to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony, including 3.5 years in prison, as well as 1 year of restricted freedom upon release. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
In custody since February 17, 2021.
